Many people refer to the University Station RV Park as “The Ultimate Tailgating Experience” of Auburn University football. The campground, which is three miles from Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn, Alabama, isn’t your typical RV park. Visitors can use the free shuttle service to travel to and from the football games. Just at University Station RV Resort, sites can be leased for the weekend or the entire season. RVs can even be stored there. More than 700 full-hookup sites are located in charming villages at the 236-acre full-service RV park, which also has a laundry room, clubhouse, and restrooms.

If you really like the sight of trees surrounding a lake, Chewacla State Park is indeed a great area to visit. This is where you should go if you want to leave the city behind. Since there are only 36 RV campsites, I advise making a reservation roughly four to five months in advance. Reservations for Auburn Home Football Games are made on a specific day, and they have distinct hours and costs. In this park, you can spread out your hammocks and read a book.
You can fish at Chewacla State Park, which is one of its benefits. You may catch bass, crappie, bream, and even catfish at this park. I highly recommend going fishing if you want to unwind over the weekend. Only modest, non-motorized boats are permitted here. Kayaks and canoes are also permitted. Another interest in this area is hiking. A fantastic place to hike is the Sweet Shrub Trail. A few of the routes will take you to some truly amazing waterfalls. You can also try out the mountain bike tracks. Overall, this is a truly wonderful weekend away from the lights of the big metropolis.

Address: 19644 AL-281, Delta, AL 36258
Phone Number: (256) 488-5111

Due to its seclusion and closeness to the NASCAR race with the fastest lap time, we selected Cheaha State Park. The beautiful Talladega National Forest surrounds Cheaha. You have the option of staying in one of Cheaha’s more basic grounds or bringing all your luxuries in life with you to the renovated grounds. Each campsite has a picnic table, grill, and fire ring.
Arrive in Cheaha during the week to take advantage of the opportunity to go hiking, bicycling, fishing, and to relax and unwind. Drive roughly 25 miles to Talladega Superspeedway twice a year on Sundays to tailgate and watch NASCAR’s top drivers race at speeds that occasionally exceed 200 mph.
