Personally, Phil and I have never been to Delaware. I haven’t explored much of the north eastern states, but after diving into some of the amazing campgrounds and RV Parks there, I am so excited to visit!
This place is filled with beauty and quality people.
It’s not on our list to visit in 2023, but I’m thinking it must make the list for 2024. We intend to visit every US state and national park while living in the Airstream full-time.
Visitors can take a step back in time by seeing one of the estates or gardens belonging to the famed industrial du Pont family in Delaware, or they can learn about “the penman of the Revolution” at the John Dickinson House, which is just one of the many museums that can be found in Delaware.
But what really makes Delaware stand out is its breathtakingly gorgeous landscape. The state of Delaware has something to offer everyone, whether it be the tranquility and sculpted beauty of Longwood Gardens, the wildlife of Brandywine Creek State Park, or the breathtaking coastal views from any one of Delaware’s many beaches.
