Best RV Drinking Water Hoses
Clean water is one of the most important things to have when living in an RV. You need a good RV water hose to get clean water into your RV water tank to avoid getting sick. Don’t be tempted to save money by connecting any old garden hose to your RV. A good RV water hose is one that is certified as safe for drinking water and doesn’t have any chemicals that could be harmful.
Other important qualities are being able to handle different water pressure, not getting kinked, and lasting a long time. Most water hoses for RVs are 10, 25, 35, or 50 feet long. Length is important at some campsites, but the longest hoses take up the most space when you’re traveling. Phil and I like to keep hoses that are 25 feet long because it seems like a nice happy medium for us. If you want or need a shorter or longer hose, the manufacturer will usually have it, and the pros and cons will be the same.
